Emi Idura Che Hashim, founding Director and principal consultant of TopToToeStyliesta Image Consulting is an internationally accredited and certified Professional Image and Color Consultant, by the world-renowned London Image Institute, United Kingdom.
With the certification awarded by one of handful Certified Image Master (AICI CIM) in the world, Lynne Henderson Marks, also the President of London Image Institute, marks her as the first Malaysian Muslimah Image Consultant accredited by the institute , to date.
Prior to London Image Institute in 2013 , Emi earned her certification in Mastering Universal Language of Color Analysis, by Ferial Youakim (AICI CIM) of ByFerial Image Consulting & Training, Australia and a certificate in Professional Table Manners by Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette, United States.
As a strong believer that knowledge is power, she earned double certifications last year (2018) as a Certified Dining Skills Consultant by Academy of Communication Etiquette and Protocol (ACCEPT), Malaysia and Certified Personal Branding Strategist by Career Thought Leaders, United States.
With 17 years of corporate background and hospitality industry experience, including a decade with Khazanah Nasional Berhad, she then embarked her journey as a corporate trainer who offer programs that focused on ‘Professional Presence and Image Branding’. The signature program ‘Mastering the Arts and Science of First Impression’ includes Corporate Image Excellence and Professional Presence, Business Etiquette in the Workplace, Table Manners : Ultimate Guide to Dining Etiquette, Setting the look for today’s professional Muslimah and Menswear to companies such as Petronas , Khazanah Nasional Berhad, UMW Corporation Sdn Bhd, Legoland Malaysia Resort, Johor Corporation Berhad, Institut Tadbiran Awam Negara (INTAN), Pejabat SUK Selangor, Kumpulan Wang Persaraan (KWAP), Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Universiti Malaysia Pahang, The ELS Club Desaru, Kimberly Clark, including an international client – Institut Perkhidmatan Awam (IPA), Brunei Darussalam.
End year 2013 was an ultimate leap in her career journey as an Image and Color Consultant when she seized an opportunity to collaborate with the famous Malaysian celebrity, Hajjah Mizz Nina upon her return from performing hajj.
Working closely as a hijab stylist, personal shopper and image consultant to Mizz Nina, who also owns a Muslimah fashion brand, Madeena in 2013; Emi traveled overseas (Indonesia & China) for personal shopping assignments, styling Mizz Nina for magazine photoshoots, hijab styling for Madeena photoshoots and Muslimah Fashion Show at Being Me – Empowered Muslimah International Conference, hosted by the Mercy Mission Malaysia, held at Putrajaya International Convention Centre, showcasing Madeena’s 2014 collection.
As an entrepreneur who envisioned herself to be known internationally while contributing her expertise to the world, Emi was appointed as the first World Hijab Day Ambassador for Kuala Lumpur, by Nazma Khan (founder) based in New York. During her appointment, World Hijab Day (WHD Malaysia) in collaboration with Mizz Nina was celebrated twice from 2014 to 2015. WHD program was featured in the media relatively to promote this international movement through RTM TV1, TV Al Hijrah, Bernama News, Berita Harian Online, The Star Online and Harakah English Daily.
In July 2015, Emi was offered by Utusan Malaysia (MEGA-Rona) Chief Editor as a weekly columnist in Bicara Imej column and through this exposure and experience, it indirectly enables Emi to contribute her knowledge and an expertise as a certified Image, Etiquette and Color Consultant. Her first article ‘Warnai diri anda dengan mesej positif’ was published via Bicara Imej on 5th August 2015.
November 2016, Emi was offered by Datin Zamzarina Zambri, host of Apa Kata Wanita RTM TV1 to be featured as a guest speaker for the program in conjunction with International Image Consultant’s Day representing Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) Malaysia.
Early tv appearance and exposure to broadcasting world, has led her to few other opportunities, such as guest speaker to Apa Kata Wanita RTM TV1 program in conjunction with Secretaries Week 2015, TV9 Safiyaa on ‘selfie’ topic besides being featured as the front cover of Sinar Harian – Wanita Oh Wanita (WOW) Personaliti Hebat column, Berita Harian in BH Famili column and front cover for Harian Metro.
Year later, in February 2017, another milestone achieved as once again she was entrusted by Datin Zamzarina Zambri, to host her segment WOW! Apa Kata Wanita , aired every Saturday at 11am. Through this 7 minutes LIVE segment, Emi shared her expertise on personal image branding , women’s fashion and style.
Emi made bi-weekly LIVE tv appearance via Assalamualaikum #Lifestyle program by TV Al Hijrah last year (2018). Collaborated with muslimah fashion brands and models for demonstration purposes, this 15minutes segment generally a quick sharing to cover topics related to Muslimah’s fashion and style.
Another personal achievement recorded in 2018 when she successfully published a 184 pages of Kuasa Warna, the first ever technical, do-it-yourself Personal Color Analysis book in Malaysia.

Proud to be appointed as the first Associate to Institute of Image Training and Testing International (IITTI, Canada) and first to represent Malaysia since 2014.
IITTI has developed universal standards and guidelines in appearance, etiquette and communication skills for the professional world. These standards and guidelines can accommodate everyone and all business situations. Additionally, IITTI created an online certification system, as well as establishing a network of testing centres in many countries worldwide so that proficiency in soft skills can be assessed and measured.
Today, the Human Resource Manager or Learning and Development executive of the companies could assess the training participants proficiency in soft skills. From the analysis and test summary report provided by us, they can now determine the gaps in their employees’ appearance, etiquette, manners and communication skills and which are the ones need to be filled for their career advancement.
